Jonathan is a senior mechanical engineering student at Texas A&M University (TAMU). At TAMU, he is going on his third year with the Society of Automotive Engineers’ (SAE) Aero Design team, where he now serves as a product owner for the structures and materials science (SMS) sub-team. This design team is structured like a professional design team, with real-world design constraints and limitations imposed by time and budget. He and the rest of his team design, build and compete in an international competition against numerous other universities around the world.

At Third Insight, he serves as a mechanical engineering intern for the summer of 2021. He works in the rapid prototyping studio, where he develops and upgrades prototypes for the company through Computer Aided Design (CAD) and performs structural analysis on components through Finite Element Analysis (FEA). In his free time, Jonathan enjoys rock climbing and flying RC drones and airplanes.
