Carter is currently studying at Worcester Polytechnic Institute pursuing an undergraduate degree in robotics engineering with a minor in computer science. He found his passion for engineering after co-founding a rookie robotics team in highschool and later leading them to multiple state championship competitions. At university he manages and organizes large-scale philanthropy events for his fraternity, donating to a variety of charitable organizations such as the United Service Organization(USO) and American Cancer Society(ACS).

After taking an interest in artificial intelligence through his academic coursework, he hopes to work on the future of smart robotics. Now working as a summer intern for Third Insight, he develops sensor integration and implementation code for autonomous vehicles. In his spare time he enjoys cooking and longboarding.
